Chilli Garlic Momos

Why recepie famous for?

Ingredients

Refined flour dough 200 grams
Schezwan sauce 1 1/2 tablespoons
Garlic paste 1 tablespoon
Chicken mince 150 grams
Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1 1/2 tablespoons
Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
Ginger-garlic paste 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
White pepper powder to taste
Oil 1 tablespoon
Spring onion bulbs sliced 3-4
Tomato ketchup 3 tablespoons
Chicken stock 3 tablespoons
Spring onion greens sliced for garnish

Instructions

Step 1
Mix together chicken mince, 1 tablespoon coriander leaves, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, ginger-garlic paste, salt and pepper powder in a bowl.
Step 2
Roll out dough into a large disc. Using a medium size cookie cutter, cut out discs from it. Place a spoonful of chicken mixture in the centre of each disc and shape into momos.
Step 3
Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add spring onion bulbs and garlic paste, mix well and sauté till onions turns translucent.
Step 4
Add tomato ketchup and mix well. Add Schezwan sauce and mix. Add remaining soy sauce and chicken stock, mix and bring to a boil.
Step 5
Add salt and pepper powder, mix well and simmer for a minute. Add remaining coriander leaves and mix.
Step 6
Add momos, mix lightly and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Step 7
Garnish with spring onion greens and serve hot. and serve immediately.
